Uniform Order Due Dates!!!!!!!!!!
Three-week delivery time AFTER Aug. 1st.

Sunset Soccer must receive your order no later than Friday August 29th to be delivered to you by Saturday September 20th (your first league game).

COMMON QUESTIONS

ORDERING AND GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Please fill out the order form completely and legibly. Hand deliver or mail your order form to the store address. (see item #6 on this page). You may also fax or phone in your order form to the Sunset Soccer Order Office. And may also fill out the on-line order form.

2. IMPORTANT!!
   Every order is "rushed". It is not necessary to request a special "rush" service. Please submit your order as soon as possible, even if your team is not completely formed. Estimate what you may need and you will not be obligated to any items if they are not required. SEE DUE DATES

3. Unprinted items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund at any time.

4. Sample sizes of all items are available at Sunset Soccer. When there is a doubt in regards to sizing (see Sizing Chart), it is always better to size larger than smaller.

5. DO NOT SEND IN YOUR TEAM INDIVIDUALLY TO ORDER UNIFORMS!!!!! We cannot offer team discounted prices if numerous players from your team order individually. The ONE or TWO players added later to the team or who may need a replacement uniform from the previous year may purchase a uniform as an individual. Please provide your parent with your team's name, SPECIFIC jersey color, size, number, number style and number color information. Also short and sock size and color information.

7. Only one person may pick up and pay for entire order at the time of delivery.
