1) The customer must always have a receipt in order to return any merchandise.
2) The item must have been purchased within the last six months.
3) The item is accepted as a return if the item is new, or the item has a defect that has not been caused by the customer's lack of maintenance and care.
4) Cash refunds are given only within two weeks from the purchase date. After two weeks of the purchase date, the customer will receive a store credit.
5) New shoes must be returned in the original box.
6) Defective shoes can only be exchanged for the same style shoe unless the store is out of stock in that particular shoe.
